Process

Discovery, build, deploy, support

Every engagement runs through the same four stages, starting from a task review and ending with something you own and can run: a repository, documentation, and a monitoring checklist. No black-box handoffs.

  1. 01 Discovery We start from a task review of your current workflow, systems, and data, and turn it into a scoped piece of work with a clear definition of done before any build begins. You get: A scoped brief and an agreed outcome.
  2. 02 Build We build the workflow, integration, feature, or application against the agreed scope, with human review of every AI-assisted output. You get: Working software, reviewed and version-controlled.
  3. 03 Deploy We deploy to production with environment configuration and a repeatable release process, so what we built actually runs where you need it. You get: A live deployment and a repeatable release path.
  4. 04 Support We hand over a Git repository, documentation, and a monitoring checklist, and can continue as ongoing support or a development retainer. You get: Repo, docs, monitoring checklist, and an optional retainer.
